Casement

Hinged, side-opening sash for airflow and unobstructed views. Built to match your home's original divided-light pattern.
Roundtop

Arched and radius windows, a signature of many Bay Area homes. Each one custom-built to your home's exact curve.
Awning

Top-hinged, outward-opening windows for bathrooms, basements, and spaces that need ventilation and weather protection.

Built-In Details

True Divided Lites

Each pane sits in its own individual muntin. True divided lites give a window its depth and shadow lines.
Hardware

Sash locks, casement operators, and hardware selected to match your home's character.
Finish Paint

Available as an option on select projects, applied in our shop for a clean, consistent result. When it's not in scope, we recommend painters we trust.
Weatherstripping

Optional, and rarely needed when refitting an original wood window — a properly re-fitted sash performs well on its own. For drafty or heavily exposed openings, weatherstripping can be added without changing the sash's historic profile.
